Responsibilities

• Support daily spa operations, ensuring all services and facilities meet brand and service standards.

• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and shift coverage adjustments.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are properly executed.
• Greet guests and ensure a warm, seamless spa experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Support VIP guest experiences and special requests in coordination with leadership.
• Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvements.
• Supervise spa reception, attendants, and therapists during service.

Job Overview

The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in the daily operation and leadership of the spa. This role is highly hands‑on and guest‑facing, ensuring service standards are upheld, team members are supported, and operations run smoothly throughout each shift. The Assistant Spa Manager acts as Manager on Duty in the spa when needed and plays a key role in staff supervision, scheduling support, and guest experience execution.

This is a full‑time position with an annual salary of $90,000 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities
