Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a guest services teammate to warmly welcome guests, assign lockers, and guide them through spa and fitness facilities. The role emphasizes service excellence, safety, and a positive guest experience.

You will help maintain clean, safe spaces across gyms, studios, pools, saunas, and more, stock towels and supplies, and engage guests with information about activities. A high school diploma and reliable, adaptable team player with strong communication are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
• Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
• Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting visitors, assigning lockers, and guiding them through spa and fitness facilities and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all gyms, studios, courts, and indoor/outdoor pool areas.
• Monitor the outdoor pool area by arranging chairs and umbrellas, replenishing supplies, and keeping the space neat and inviting.
• Ensure guest safety by observing facility use, offering guidance on equipment and amenities, and assisting with areas such as saunas and whirlpools.
• Stock towels and necessary supplies throughout the spa, gyms, studios, and pool areas to maintain readiness and guest comfort.
• Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful engagement by offering assistance, information on activities, and a welcoming experience throughout their visit.
