Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking friendly, service‑oriented teammates to welcome guests, guide them through spa and fitness facilities, and maintain clean, safe environments across gyms, studios, courts, and pool areas.

You’ll help anticipate guest needs, provide information on activities, and contribute to a welcoming experience. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a positive, adaptable attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting visitors, assigning lockers, and guiding them through spa and fitness facilities and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all gyms, studios, courts, and indoor/outdoor pool areas.
• Monitor the outdoor pool area by arranging chairs and umbrellas, replenishing supplies, and keeping the space neat and inviting.
• Ensure guest safety by observing facility use, offering guidance on equipment and amenities, and assisting with areas such as saunas and whirlpools.
• Stock towels and necessary supplies throughout the spa, gyms, studios, and pool areas to maintain readiness and guest comfort.
• Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful engagement by offering assistance, information on activities, and a welcoming experience throughout their visit.
