Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a guest services-oriented team member for its Texas wellness destinations. You will warmly greet visitors, guide them through spa and fitness areas, and help maintain clean, safe gym, pool, and studio spaces.

You will support guest safety, assist with equipment and amenities, stock supplies, and deliver a welcoming experience across all Canyon Ranch facilities nationwide. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
• Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
• Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting visitors, assigning lockers, and guiding them through spa and fitness facilities and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all gyms, studios, courts, and indoor/outdoor pool areas.
• Monitor the outdoor pool area by arranging chairs and umbrellas, replenishing supplies, and keeping the space neat and inviting.
• Ensure guest safety by observing facility use, offering guidance on equipment and amenities, and assisting with areas such as saunas and whirlpools.
• Stock towels and necessary supplies throughout the spa, gyms, studios, and pool areas to maintain readiness and guest comfort.
• Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful engagement by offering assistance, information on activities, and a welcoming experience throughout their visit.
