Job summary

Canyon Ranch Operating, LLC invites experienced hospitality professionals to join our Austin spa team. You will lead onboarding and ongoing training for Spa Attendants, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and a seamless experience across all spa areas.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to drive service excellence and safety. A High School diploma is required, CPR/AED certification within 90 days, and 1–2 years in a guest-focused

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, spa, wellness, or related customer-focused environment.
• CPR/AED certification within 90 days of employment.
• Exceptional communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Spa Attendants to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor colleagues through hands-on training and performance feedback.
• Partner with spa leadership to support daily operations, scheduling, and service standards.
• Maintain visible presence to support guests and team members, resolve concerns, and ensure seamless guest experience.
• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and readiness of locker rooms, lounges, hydrotherapy areas, and other spa amenities.
• Monitor facility conditions, inventory, equipment, and supplies to enhance safety, efficiency, and guest experience.
