Job summary

Canyon Ranch, a premier wellness hospitality brand in Texas Hill Country, seeks a dedicated Spa Attendant onboarding lead to train and develop Spa Attendants and uphold exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in hospitality, guest services, spa, wellness, or a related customer‑focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR/AED certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Spa Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor colleagues through hands‑on training and regular development opportunities.
• Partner with spa leadership to support daily operations, scheduling, and ensure consistency in service standards.
• Maintain visible presence across spa facilities to support guests and team members and resolve concerns.
