Job summary
Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a hospitality professional to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service across spa, fitness, wellness, and recreational offerings. You will schedule and coordinate services, assist with guest needs, and help create a seamless experience throughout their visit.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or guest services, a high school diploma, strong communication, and comfort with reservation systems.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Comfortable learning and using new technology and reservation systems.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide exceptional service, answer questions, and guide guests to a seamless spa experience.
- Schedule, modify, and cancel spa, fitness, wellness, salon, and recreational services.
- Assist with guest arrivals, provide facility information, and support guest needs during visits.
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, coordinate appointments, and direct guests as needed.
- Process charges for services and retail accurately; maintain detailed records.
