Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Texas is seeking a patient, guest-focused team member to greet visitors, assign lockers, and guide them through the spa and fitness facilities. You will help maintain cleanliness and safety across gyms, studios, pools, saunas and whirlpools, stock supplies, and anticipate guest needs to create a welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, strong communication, and reliability, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced wellness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting visitors, assigning lockers, and guiding them through spa and fitness facilities and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all gyms, studios, courts, and indoor/outdoor pool areas.
• Monitor the outdoor pool area by arranging chairs and umbrellas, replenishing supplies, and keeping the space neat and inviting.
• Ensure guest safety by observing facility use, offering guidance on equipment and amenities, and assisting with areas such as saunas and whirlpools.
• Stock towels and necessary supplies throughout the spa, gyms, studios, and pool areas to maintain readiness and guest comfort.
• Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful engagement by offering assistance, information on activities, and a welcoming experience throughout their visit.
