Palm Beach Tan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bluffton, SC to work with the Store Manager and coach a high-energy team. You will pursue goals, drive sales, and help grow the salon's success in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

You will lead Wellness Consultants, recruit and develop staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining standards and a positive atmosphere. The role offers advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; ability to motivate others.
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to be on feet 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Run a great salon alongside the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule and develop team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep salon clean, stocked and compliant with health standards.
• Grow sales and manage labor and costs to boost store results.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and growth.
