Palm Beach Tan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in North Carolina. You will work with the Store Manager to coach a high-energy team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced tanning and wellness salon.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on advancement within the company. A flexible schedule and performance-based bonuses are available as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Run a salon alongside your Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Lead Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Grow sales and manage labor and costs for store profitability.
• Partner with Store Manager on promotions and growth.
• Handle cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI training included).
