Palm Beach Tan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager, coach a energetic team, and drive salon performance. You’ll lead scheduling, training, and daily operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced tanning and wellness environment.

You will play a key role in recruiting and developing staff, managing costs, and ensuring compliance while earning competitive hourly pay with bonuses and commissions based on performance.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in retail, customer service, operations, or management is preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet and handle lifting up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Run salon operations alongside the Store Manager to deliver great service.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop staff to meet goals.
• Provide customer service that keeps clients returning and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Grow sales and manage labor and costs to drive store results.
• Collaborate on promotions and growth with the Store Manager.
• Handle cash deposits and PCI-compliant card data securely.
