Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and customer card data securely.
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork; support store manager on promotions.
