Palm Beach Tan in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑energy team and work closely with the Store Manager. You will coach Wellness Consultants, recruit and develop staff, and drive customer service excellence and sales growth.

This role offers a flexible schedule, advancement opportunities, and a supportive, team‑oriented workplace within a national tanning and wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.
• Basic computer and POS skills needed.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with Store Manager to run the salon.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Help recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Grow sales and manage labor and costs.
• Partner with Store Manager on promotions and store growth.
