Palm Beach Tan in Bluffton, SC is hiring a Manager in Training to learn the Store Manager role from the inside. You’ll coach a high-energy team, hit store goals, and drive a welcoming, results-oriented salon culture.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience through close collaboration with the Store Manager, learn scheduling, training, labor and cost controls, and local promotions that grow sales. This role offers advancement potential and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Store Manager to learn how to run a salon.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Set goals, track performance, and follow up on training.
• Manage labor, cost of sales, and other controllable expenses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
