Palm Beach Tan in Charleston, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy team beside the Store Manager. You’ll coach Wellness Consultants, recruit and develop staff, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining salon standards.

This role offers a base hourly rate with commissions and monthly bonuses, along with benefits and clear opportunities for advancement in a team-focused environment open seven days a week.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate others.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Work side by side with your Store Manager to run a great salon.
• Lead and coach our Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Help recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and running smoothly, and make sure it meets health department standards.
• Drive your store’s results by growing sales and controlling labor and costs.
• Partner with your Store Manager on promotions and growth.
