Qualifikationen

• Completion of, or ability to obtain State approved Activity Director Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in recreational therapy, gerontology, music, art or similar (preferable)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong budget management and staff supervision abilities

Aufgaben

• Plan, prepare, and direct the overall operation of resident and family engagement and MBK signature programs
• Create and submit a monthly calendar of events and a monthly newsletter
• Lead resident programs and coordinate transportation for outings
• Supervise staff and volunteers; develop volunteers and coordinate with vendors
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal and local regulations and MBK policies
• Foster a hospitable, high-quality service environment and engage residents and families
