Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Wellness Programming Assistant to support group programming across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL. Under the Director of Wellness Programming, you will lead daily programs, prepare materials, and help create an engaging, connected environment for residents.

The role requires warmth, strong people skills, and collaboration with volunteers. A high school diploma is required, 1+ year of experience, and a valid driver’s license for resident transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading groups with varying levels of independence preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance for transporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs across IL/AL/CFL.
• Prepare materials and spaces for programs and encourage participation.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings.
• Collaborate with volunteers and partners; use electronic systems for documentation.
• Support the Director of Wellness Programming with admin tasks.
• Maintain safety and follow regulations; promote MBK values.
