The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insights and commercial execution, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Finance and Product to ensure offerings are impactful and commercially viable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related fields in wellness/healthcare
• Experience designing or evolving products integrating digital platforms and services
• Strong ability to translate market insights into product direction

Responsibilities

• Shape wellness product strategy and evaluate market opportunities
• Lead cross-functional product development across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Product
• Inform long-term roadmap for wellness capabilities and value proposition
• Define product requirements and prioritization with stakeholders
