You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product direction and measurable business impact. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles in wellness or healthcare.
Experience designing, managing, or evolving multi-modality products with digital platforms and partner services.
Ability to translate customer insights and market data into commercially viable product direction.
Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder-focused materials.
Proven ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Shape Wellness product strategy and investment priorities based on market needs and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional development and execution with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Incorporate market and customer insights to refine positioning and future directions.
Develop business cases, gate decisions, and implementation plans for new wellness initiatives.
Ensure products are commercially viable and align with portfolio roadmap.
