Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, commercial product roles, wellness, employee benefits, healthcare, or leadership development programs.
• Experience designing, managing, or evolving products that integrate multiple modalities to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
• Skilled at using quantitative and qualitative insights to connect market needs, customer insight, and business priorities.
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders including business, commercial, operational, and product partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to create clear stakeholder-facing materials.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into commercially relevant product recommendations and practical actions.
• Strong organizational judgment, prioritization, and follow-through in high-visibility work.
• Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape Wellness Product Strategy: influence portfolio investments, roadmap priorities, and growth strategy.
• Drive cross-functional product development and execution with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, Product, and related teams.
• Lead market and customer insight integration by gathering voice-of-customer and field feedback to inform priorities.
• Support market positioning and field enablement with clear value propositions and market-facing materials.
• Maintain product performance insights and portfolio roadmap, tracking engagement, adoption, and business impact.
