• Shape Wellness Product Strategy: Develop recommendations influencing portfolio investments, roadmap priorities, and growth strategy; translate unmet needs into differentiated opportunities.
• Drive Cross-Functional Product Development & Execution: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, Product and others to accelerate development; align teams around priorities and execution needs.
• Lead Market & Customer Insight Integration: Monitor market dynamics, gather VOC and field feedback to inform product priorities and future direction.
• Support Market Positioning & Field Enablement: Define wellness value propositions and assist with messaging and field guidance.
