You will blend product strategy, customer insights, and commercial execution to create differentiating experiences and measurable health outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, insights, and execution, requiring cross-functional leadership and a business-driven mindset to translate needs into viable product direction across US-based markets.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in product management, strategy, or wellness/healthcare roles
• Experience designing or evolving multi-modal products (digital, services, engagement)
• Proven ability to translate insights into product direction
• Comfort working with diverse stakeholders across business, commercial, ops, and product
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder materials
• Ability to translate complex concepts into commercially relevant recommendations
• Strong prioritization and follow-through in high-visibility work
• Ability to influence decisions without formal authority

Responsabilidades

• Shape strategy for wellness portfolio, evaluate market opportunities, and translate into differentiated offerings
• Lead cross-functional development and execution across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Product
• Integrate voice-of-customer and market insights to refine positioning and future direction
• Define clear product value propositions and create field guidance and market-facing materials
• Track KPIs like engagement and adoption; identify gaps and opportunities
• Provide leadership with insights on portfolio performance and product roadmap decisions
