CVS Health seeks a Senior Manager, Wellness to shape the future wellness portfolio, translating insights into differentiated product experiences and measurable business impact.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, customer insight, and execution, leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Finance and Product to deliver commercially viable wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, commercial product roles, wellness, employee benefits, healthcare, or leadership programs.
• Experience designing and evolving products that integrate digital platforms, partner services, and human-led interventions.
• Able to connect market needs, customer insights, and business priorities to product direction using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business, commercial, operational, and product teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder-facing materials.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into commercially relevant product recommendations.
• Strong organizational judgment and prioritization in high-visibility work.
• Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape wellness portfolio strategy and translate opportunities into differentiated product offerings.
• Drive cross-functional development with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Product.
• Lead business cases, gating, and planning for new wellness initiatives and enhancements.
• Ensure recommendations are commercially viable in a matrixed environment.
• Maintain understanding of wellness market dynamics and customer expectations.
• Synthesize voice-of-customer feedback to inform priorities and positioning.
• Support market messaging and field enablement for adoption and impact.
• Track KPIs and advise leadership on performance and lifecycle decisions.
