Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, commercial product roles, wellness, employee benefits, healthcare, or completion of GMDP or similar leadership program.
• Experience designing or evolving products that integrate digital platforms, partner services, human-led interventions, and engagement experiences.
• Strong ability to connect market needs with product direction using quantitative and qualitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape wellness product strategy with recommendations on portfolio investments, roadmaps, and growth.
• Drive cross-functional development with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Finance, Product, and more.
• Lead business case development, product gating, and implementation planning for initiatives.
• Ensure offerings are operationally sound and commercially viable in a matrix environment.
• Integrate market insights, voice-of-customer, and field feedback into product priorities.
• Define clear wellness value propositions and support market-facing materials.
