Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, strategy, wellness, or healthcare leadership programs.
• Experience designing or evolving multi-modality products with digital platforms and services.
• Ability to connect market needs with product direction using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across business, commercial, and product teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder and field-facing materials.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into commercially relevant product recommendations.
• Strong organizational judgment and prioritization in high-visibility work.
• Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape wellness product strategy and provide recommendations influencing roadmap priorities.
• Lead cross-functional development and execution with sales, marketing, partnerships, and finance.
• Align teams around priorities, requirements, and execution needs.
• Manage business case development, gating, and implementation for new initiatives.
• Ensure offerings are commercially viable in a matrixed environment.
• Maintain market insights to refine positioning and future product direction.
• Define clear value propositions and support field enablement with practical guidance.
• Track key performance indicators and advise on portfolio optimization and lifecycle decisions.
