Qualifications

• Active IL LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Adhere to Six Rights of Medication Administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize eMAR for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on resident care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
• Demonstrate Bickford Mission on shift.
