Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and daily medication needs with compassion and dignity, helping residents live life to the fullest in our Illinois branch.

The role emphasizes following medication orders, utilizing the eMAR system, and guiding the care team under clinical leadership. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available with daily pay and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow resident MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Adhere to Six Rights of medication administration and company policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification on resident care and meds.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non‑licensed team members as needed.
• Demonstrate Bickford’s Mission in daily shifts.
