Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and medication administration. You will follow physician orders, adhere to the Six Rights, and use the eMAR system to document care.

You will supervise care provided by non-licensed staff, communicate with clinical leadership, and uphold the Bickford Mission of Whatever It Takes. Active LPN or RN license and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize eMAR system for medication administration and documentation.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
