Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and medication administration with compassion and respect for dignity. You will follow physician orders, implement MAR processes, and work closely with leadership to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires an active LPN or RN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and organizational skills. On-site work with a supportive, mission-driven team is provided.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (LPN or RN) in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to administer meds per physician orders.
• Follow Six rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Learn and utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on resident medication and care.
