Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and ensure daily medication needs are met with compassion and dignity. You will follow MAR and physician orders, and use the eMAR system to administer meds, while supervising non-licensed team members and maintaining high care standards.

The role requires an active LPN or RN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities on shift.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Experience with medication administration per physician orders.

Aufgaben

• Accurately follow resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on resident medication and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervision of non-licensed team members as appropriate.
