Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to ensure residents receive their daily medications with dignity and compassion. You will follow MARs, adhere to the Six Rights, and use the eMAR system to document administration.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using or willingness to learn eMAR system.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident MAR to ensure medications are given according to physician orders.
• Adhere to the Six Rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance regarding resident medication and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
