Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and organize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Adhere to the Six rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on care and medications.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
