Job summary

GemCare Wellness, a GEMCORE family company in Hudson, OH, seeks a part-time wellness program assistant. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, enroll new members, respond to inquiries, and organize data across Excel workbooks. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Core hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with optional evening shifts; this is a non-exempt, part-time position with opportunities to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound calling and messaging to program participants.
• Coordinate wellness program offerings with GemCare Wellness staff and members.
• Add and assign new members for coaching services.
• Respond to queries from assigned GemCare Wellness inboxes.
• Entering and sorting data into various excel workbooks.
• Track & document assigned duties related to program outreach and implementation.
• Troubleshoot member issues.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by the GemCare Wellness management and or Director of Operations.

This is a part-time non-exempt position. Hours may vary within the 8:15 a.m.-5:00 p.m. workweek. Core office hours apply including required evening hours (after 5pm EST).
