Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound calling and messaging to program participants.
• Coordinate wellness program offerings with GemCare Wellness staff and members.
• Add and assign new members for coaching services.
• Respond to queries from GemCare Wellness inboxes.
• Enter and sort data into Excel workbooks.
• Track and document duties related to program outreach and implementation.
• Troubleshoot member issues.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
