Edwards Health Care Services, Inc. (EHCS), a division of GEMCORE, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Hudson, Ohio. This full-time, entry-level role involves answering calls and emails, and assisting with new patient accounts for medical products, such as diabetes supplies and breast pumps.

Training may lead to a hybrid remote schedule. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service or healthcare, strong verbal and computer skills, and a willingness to learn through virtual training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service organizations or healthcare environment.
• Excellent verbal and computer skills with the desire to communicate with customers and prospects daily.
• Ability to learn the products and receive training through virtual methods.
• Detail oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Typing at about 40 WPM is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reception of all incoming telephone calls and email.
• Set up new customer accounts for medical products service; such as diabetes supplies and breast pumps.
• Obtain insurance, referral, physician, and patient demographic information.
• Enter/Manage all refill orders for existing customers.

Edwards Health Care Services (EHCS), a division of GEMCORE, is a well-established and growing national direct-to home medical supply provider. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our high energy team. The Customer Service Representative’s primary role is answer incoming calls while focusing on customer satisfaction.

• This is a full-time, non-exempt, entry level position.
• Once training is complete, this position will potentially be part of a hybrid remote work schedule. This position is located in Hudson, OH.
• Schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat both new and existing customers like a family member.

• Word processing skill of 40 WPM.
• Detail oriented.
• Healthcare experience helpful but not necessary.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
