Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or hospitality.
• Confident communicator capable of explaining services clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a tidy, welcoming environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front desk service across in person and phone.
• Manage scheduling, bookings, and waitlists.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and client documentation.
• Keep the clinic clean and stocked; support clinicians.
• Assist with follow-ups and marketing efforts.
