Myo West Hollywood is seeking a stellar part-time Front Desk Associate to welcome clients, schedule appointments, handle billing, and maintain a smooth, friendly front-desk experience in a busy wellness clinic.

As the first face clients see, you will deliver on-brand service across phone, in person, and written communication; guide new clients through Myo’s services; manage bookings and waitlists; and support marketing efforts while helping keep the space clean, organized, and stocked for daily

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or hospitality.
• Strong communication and client-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with tidy, organized workspace.
• Able to explain services and value clearly.
• Ability to manage bookings, schedules, and waitlists.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication.
• Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging.
• Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists.
• Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation.
• Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day.
• Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
