Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland is seeking a Restore Expert to be the friendly face of the studio, delivering welcoming experiences and building client relationships while driving sales that support health transformations.

You will lead studio tours, educate clients on therapies and safety guidelines, and help achieve memberships, renewals, and retail targets. This role blends client care with operations and sales in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1+ year in customer service and sales preferred.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours highlighting services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits and safety guidelines.
• Help achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, waivers, and POS profile creation.
• Manage scheduling and service inquiries; proactive outreach for promotions.
