Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland is seeking a Restore Expert to welcome guests, build relationships, and drive memberships and retail sales. This role blends client care, operations, and sales to deliver transformative wellness experiences in a busy studio.

You will lead tours, educate clients on therapies, and support daily studio operations while maintaining a friendly, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines.
• Consistently help to achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and address operational needs.
