Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland is seeking a Restore Expert to welcome guests, build relationships, and drive memberships and retail sales. This role blends client care, operations, and sales to deliver transformative wellness experiences in a busy studio.

You will lead tours, educate clients on therapies, and support daily studio operations while maintaining a friendly, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines.
• Consistently help to achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and address operational needs.

Role Overview

At Restore Hyper Wellness, you are trained to become a "Restore Expert", you'll be the face of the studio-creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients' wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Location: Kirkland

Job Type: Full time/ Part time

Compensation: $21-$24 hourly

Schedule: Weekdays and a minimum of 4 weekend days per month
