Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland/Issaquah is seeking a Restore Expert to be the welcoming face of the studio, building client relationships and driving sales that support long-term wellness transformations. You will blend client care, operations, and sales in a dynamic health-focused environment.

The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, hourly pay between $21 and $25, and a weekday plus weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service and sales.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours highlighting service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, and safety guidelines.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
