Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland seeks a versatile Restore Expert to greet guests, lead studio tours, deliver personalized sales and service, and help clients achieve their wellness goals in a welcoming, health-focused environment.

In this role you’ll handle onboarding, scheduling, inquiries, and proactive outreach for promotions, while supporting memberships, renewals, and retail targets. Full-time or part-time, weekdays with weekend availability.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1+ year in customer service and sales.
Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Proficiency with technology and client management systems.
Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines.
Consistently help to achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
