Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland is seeking a dedicated Restore Expert to warmly welcome clients, demonstrate studio offerings, and nurture relationships that drive sales. You will guide clients through onboarding, product education, and service explanations while promoting a health-first lifestyle in a dynamic studio environment.

You’ll manage scheduling, inquiries, and promotions, supporting a clean, safe, and hospitable experience and helping achieve membership and retail targets.

Qualifications

1+ year in customer service and sales.
Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Proficiency with technology and client management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines.
Consistently help to achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
