• Support retail through guest assistance, product displays, and merchandising.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and communicate with management.
• Use good judgement, discretion and diplomacy in duties.
• Keep spa linens and garments clean and well‑maintained.
• Participate in programs, meetings, and training.
