Qualifications

• At least 1 year of direct sales experience in-person.
• Experience in spa or wellness environment preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to enroll clients into a membership program.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional massage experience for clients on every visit.
• Inform clients about the Elements Wellness Program.
• Follow the sales process to enroll clients into the program.
• Serve as the face of hospitality in studio and over the phone.
• Ensure paperwork and payments are accurate and smooth.
• Collaborate with managers and therapists to place client needs first.
