Job summary

Elements Massage Goodyear studio is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for every client who walks in the studio.

The role focuses on explaining the Elements Wellness Program, enrolling clients, and delivering hospitality, with opportunities for commissions and benefits including medical, vision and dental insurance for 30+ hours, plus a complimentary monthly massage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct sales experience required; selling memberships in-person.
• Customer service in a spa-like environment preferred, with hospitality and execution.
• Ability to follow a sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
• Good listening skills to understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional massage experience for clients entering studio.
• Inform clients about Elements Wellness Program benefits.
• Enroll clients into Wellness Program using proven process.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality in-studio or on phone.
• Ensure paperwork and payments are brief and accurate.
• Work with Managers and Therapists to keep clients central.
