Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, explain services, and guide them through the booking process. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience at our store.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail-style customer service, a passion for health and wellness, and strong communication skills to educate clients on wellness options and memberships.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about health and wellness.
• At least 1 year of customer service in a retail environment.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore's wellness services.
• Handling phone inquiries, voicemails, and booking/scheduling processes.
• Onboarding new clients—medical waivers and POS profiles.
• Educating clients on services, benefits, and at-home care.
• Maintaining a safe, clean store environment and representing the brand.
