Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative in our Phoenix studio to greet clients, conduct tours, and drive membership sales. You will build lasting relationships, educate guests on therapies, and tailor wellness plans that fit their goals.

This role blends client care, operations, and sales in a fast-paced wellness environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service and 1+ year in sales, with a passion for wellness education.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in sales (required).
• Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
