Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking Hyper Wellness Representatives who greet clients, assist with services, and manage bookings to deliver a high-quality customer experience in our retail locations. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail customer service, a passion for health and wellness, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness.
• At least 1 year of customer service in retail.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Current or pursuing degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and assisting with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handling phone calls, voicemails, and booking/scheduling processes.
• Onboarding new clients, waivers, and POS profiles.
• Conducting tours and selling service packages/memberships.
• Educating clients on services, benefits, and at-home care.
• Opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests and employees.
• Representing the brand and embodying Restore’s values.
