Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, explain our wellness services, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a retail setting. You’ll manage bookings, onboard new clients, and present service packages while upholding our brand standards.

Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, with at least one year of retail customer service experience, weekend availability, and a degree or ongoing studies in kinesiology or related

Qualifications

You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
You are passionate about health and wellness.
You can work weekends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services.
Handling phone inquiries, voicemails, and managing booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Onboarding new clients—completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships.
Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits and at-home care.
Opening and closing procedures and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
